What are your favorite business tools and/or resources and why?

My favorite business tool is Instagram because it helps PUR Home get in front of consumers right away.  Instagram is so engaging and it helps us connect with our followers!

What is a good article or book you have read recently?

I'm currently reading Leap Frog: The New Revolution for Women Entrepreneurs by Nathalie Molina Nino

Hack #4: Forget Getting to Yes. Get to No.  Women are used to and at times expected to say Yes. Yes to roles and actions that are not equally shared.  This hack basically states that we must get to no and be comfortable to sharing and even passing on roles that are unequally held.

What do you think is the biggest obstacle for female founders? How can we overcome it?

Getting Funding is one of the biggest obstacles for female founders.  I'm not sure how to overcome it other than to continue to apply and put yourself and your product/company out there!
