Share Your Story: Get Featured on We Rule
The We Rule platform is built on a library of wisdom from hundreds of the world's most innovative female founders. Our mission is to deconstruct the journeys of successful leaders and transform their stories into actionable blueprints for our global community of ambitious women. A feature on We Rule positions you not just as a founder, but as a thought leader and a mentor to the next generation.
We are actively seeking the unwritten rules and unconventional lessons from women who are building the future. If you are a founder with a powerful story, a unique perspective, or a hard-won playbook to share, we invite you to connect with our editorial team.
FAQ: Do you have to pitch us? No, but we vet all the people who we feature on our blog, so we don’t guarantee that unsolicited and unvetted interviews will be posted.

Thank you for being a part of this beautiful movement.
Here’s the thing: we’re on a mission to make mentorship a right, not a privilege, and we believe your story is a crucial part of that. Together, we can create a ripple effect of innovation and empowerment.
Interview Instructions
Simply follow the steps outlined below, and we’ll take care of the rest! If you have any questions or need clarification along the way, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@we-rule.com or contact us directly. We’re here to help! And if there’s anything specific you’d like to discuss, feel free to add your own questions to the interview—this is your chance to tell your story in your own way. We can’t wait to feature you and showcase the incredible work you're doing!
Step 1: Your Elevator Pitch
Give us your best elevator pitch. Who are you? What are your professional bragging rights? You can send us your bio as well. Make sure to tell us what your company does and include the link where people can check out your work.
Step 2: Your Interview Questions
Choose a minimum of three questions from the categories below. We've designed these prompts to help you share not just your story, but the powerful wisdom behind it. In at least 4-5 sentences, give us your best, most insightful answer. This is your chance to create a blueprint for the next generation of founders.
Inspiration & The Founder's Journey
Most powerful brands are born from a personal "why." What frustration, gap in the world, or personal need sparked the initial idea for your business?
If you could sit down and mentor your younger self, what is the one piece of unconventional advice you would give her about the journey ahead?
The traditional playbook often defines success by valuation and exit. What is your "unwritten rule" for defining a successful and fulfilling life as a founder?
Challenges & The Resilience Playbook
Many female founders say being underestimated can be a secret superpower. Can you share a story of a time you used being underestimated to your advantage?
We believe confidence is the result of courage. Tell us about a time you had to take a bold, courageous action despite feeling imposter syndrome, and what that taught you.
Building a business comes with setbacks. Can you share a story about a specific "failure" and the most valuable lesson it taught you about resilience?
Leadership & The Art of Mentorship
What is your personal "mentorship playbook" for developing the next generation of leaders, especially women, within your company or your community?
How have you built a supportive community or a "personal board of directors" around you to sustain you through the challenges of entrepreneurship?
What is one common leadership cliché you completely disagree with, and what is your alternative approach?
The Founder's Toolkit: Strategy & Operations
What is a specific system, tool, or productivity hack that has saved you the most time or money?
How did you get your first 10 customers? What's one unconventional marketing or sales strategy that worked for you in the early days?
Many founders struggle with the shift from "creator" to "CEO." How do you balance working in your business (the daily tasks) versus working on your business (the big picture strategy)?
The Visionary's Corner: Legacy & The Future
What is one trend in your industry that you believe is overrated, and what's a more important, under-the-radar trend we should be paying attention to?
Beyond your company, what is the larger change or impact you hope your work creates in the world?
If you could give one piece of advice to the leaders who will shape the next decade, what would it be?
Step 3: Your Submission Checklist
