Recognized by the United Nations and NYC’s Mayor for our dedication to equality, we empower visionaries with an ecosystem of resources, founders and tools to help them propel their lives to the next level. When we launched in 2015 we became the first truly diverse blog telling stories of female founders, check it out here.

Today, we’re powering corporate, government and private mentorship networks with our white label AI powered mentorship app.

Our Humble Beginnings

Justyna Kedra, a Parsons graduate with a passion for empowering women, embarked on a journey to build a community of inspiring female founders back in 2015. Lacking mentors of her own, she began by interviewing women entrepreneurs in New York City.

What started as a local initiative quickly evolved into a global movement, as WERULE's blog featured stories of diverse women from around the world. Along the way, she not only found her own mentors but also shared the inspiring narratives of hundreds of female leaders. WERULE's blog has become a renowned platform, offering a wealth of resources and stories that connect women from all walks of life and inspire them to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams. In 2018 WERULE was recognized by the United Nations as part of their 30 year anniversary of UN Women.
