Our founders have run mentorship programs for major brands like American Express, Visa, Parsons, and AARP, and we built WERULE to solve the problems we saw in the field: scattered tools, no scalability, and lost opportunities for real connection.

How We Started

We started as a blog where we interviewed hundreds of women founders, creatives, and changemakers. Their stories lit a fire, and we knew we had to build something bigger to support their journeys.

We spotlighted women building businesses, breaking generational cycles, leading with purpose, and rewriting their own narratives. From tech founders to artists, WERULE became a platform for sharing impact-driven, lived experience.

In Q4 2025, we're launching our own mentorship platform for the WERULE community, designed for purpose-driven individuals who want to grow, heal, and mentor each other. It’s membership-based, accessible, and built to help people support one another in real time.

Members will have access to curated mentors, live office hours organized by our team, self-paced growth content, and expert workshops. Whether you’re seeking clarity, creative inspiration, or leadership support, this platform is built for everyday transformation.

Once you join, you can join as a mentor or be mentored (mentors can book other mentors).
Launching 2026: Our system will use interest-based and soul-aligned matching (plus optional AI-powered recommendations) to pair you with others. You’ll have tools for scheduling, messaging, guided prompts, and more.

We’re currently building a founding circle of mentors and paid advisors. You can apply to join now, you can set your own rate (for paid advisors), define your availability, and choose how you want to offer support. We welcome coaches, creatives, healers, operators, and leaders of all kinds.

Yes. We review all applications to ensure alignment with our community’s values. We’re looking for mentors with empathy, lived experience, and the desire to uplift others. Once accepted, you'll get onboarding support and tools to launch your offerings inside the app and on our website.

Becoming a Mentor or Paid Advisor

Yes! We’re actively building our network of mentors and paid advisors. Whether you’re a coach, creative, founder, or specialist, you can join and share your wisdom on your own terms.

Yes. Advisors on the community platform will be able to choose their own rates, availability, and offerings. Mentors are volunteering. You can be both!

Yes, to keep our community high-vibration and aligned, we do require a short application and values-based screening. We’re looking for experience, empathy, and integrity.

Definitely. You decide how you want to show up! Some mentors offer free office hours, while others do deep-dive coaching or workshops.

We offer training, content templates, onboarding support, and visibility within the community. We want you to grow your impact and income.
