Sarah Lambert is the Founder + Business Mentor at The Rosewood Agency

I grew my business from a 30k side hustle to a 400k coaching business in just 4 years while raising two babies. Now I help other heart-centered entrepreneurs share their work with the world by creating scalable and transformational programs and businesses. We are all about making more while working less so that we can live our best lives without sacrificing their impact or income.

What advice would you give to someone starting out or pivoting their business or their career?

This is what life is all about, we are constantly growing and evolving, so these big changes and pivots may feel scary but you're never starting from ground zero. You're bringing all your knowledge and experience with you, and without it you wouldn't be where you are today. This is a really exciting time, stay connected to your vision, step into the identity of the person who already has it all and show up as her every day.

How do you succeed in business without really trying? Aka: What are some of your best hacks and things you automate in your business?

As a mom of two young kids, working smarter and not harder is my jam! I'm all about making an ABUNDANT full time income while working part time so that we can actually live our lives. The way I've been able to do this is by #1 creating online courses or programs that allow me to scale my business without trading all my time, and #2 building a small team of people who are good at the things you're not good at / don't enjoy doing.

What is the most important when it comes to goal setting? Do you have any goal setting hacks?

There are two important things I have to share on this:

1. Dream bigger - When you're setting your goals, allow yourself to get uncomfortable and really dream big. When we do this, we open ourselves up to so much more!

2. Fall in love with the journey - When you set big expansive goals, the universe will give you different assignments to prepare you for all the abundance and success, fall in love with the growth and evolution that is required to actually be able to call in those big dreams and goals.
