Marin J Gordon helps you live your life on your own terms through meditation & wellness
I rekindle the inner inspiration that everyone seeks to find passion for. We all have the ability and deserve to experience a happy and fulfilled life, but we all don’t know how to access it. People don’t need solutions; they just need the realization that they are capable of creating them.
What is your proudest accomplishment so far when it comes to your business? What helped you get there? Was this accomplishment a clear goal or did it happen by chance?
It’s business from the heart. Driven by the desire to connect people and empower them to live fully. It was just what felt right and fulfilling. Deviating from this intention left me uninspired and exhausted.
How as being an entrepreneur affected your life? How did it change the way you think about life?
I’ve become a professional problem solver and creator of my life’s purpose.
What does it mean to have competition/competitors? Do you compete/collaborate or just observe? What is the best practice to approach your competition?
I believe when you do things organically from the heart, there is no competition. Because the game you create is your own, only you can win.
Is there one “rookie mistake” that new entrepreneurs keep on making? What is it? Did it happen to you?
Following the money. Yes, it happens repetitively. It’s something we as a team need to re-center from and find our intention and focus so the creativity and passion keep flowing.
What is failure?
Quitting or Success without fulfillment.
What is one thing you find to be true that most people would disagree with?
No matter what situation you’re in you will always have a choice to make that can change the very outcome of that situation. But the choice is always yours to make.
What are some pros and cons of having (OR not having) entrepreneurial parents?
I have both sides. Entrepreneurial parents can be (not always) too busy and have high expectations. Non-entrepreneurial parents can often be closed minded or fearful / discourage you from your path because it’s too risky.
Pros are that entrepreneurial parents are great resources and guides when it comes to starting out on your first business venture.
