ABOUT MICAH GROSSMAN:

I have been very fortunate in my career to work for some amazing companies, almost all of them household names. However, the recurring theme for all of the brands I’ve been a part of is that nearly all of them were not household names when I first joined the company or launched the division. This is true as far back as when I joined Theory Men’s in 2002. We were a mighty team of 4 people doing a few million in sales a year. When I left 5+ years later, the team size had grown multiple folds, and our sales had increased even more than the headcount. These results continued throughout my career, from launching Vince Clothing, Men’s division, relaunching Jack Spade / Kate Spade, and then stepping into the home world by growing the Jonathan Adler hospitality / wholesale business.

Growing brands and building businesses is what I do. I set my focus on long-term goals, fighting the urge to take quick shortcuts that might damage brand equity, and I focus on where we need to be in 3 – 5 years. I am happy to say that every company I have been a part of has been stronger and better run with me as a part of it. My goal for the next step in my career is to lead a total company, from any stage, with the goal of growing and expanding sales, brand presence, and total market share.
