What is the best part about being an entrepreneur?

The best part of being an entrepreneur is that I get to make my own rules. There's no book for me to go by, there's no one telling me what to do. The sky is the limit for Isabella's Creations and the possibility is endless.

What is the worst/hardest part?

The worst part for me is the fear of Failure. Not being able to keep the doors open, not being able to keep my staff on. Not being able to succeed in making my dream a reality. The hardest part is the juggle, what I mean by that is I'm a mother of two boys 12 an 1 yr old. I'm a wife, a business owner and I do charity work. Making sure that my business succeeds that my kids are taken care of that everyone is happy is the hardest part because I don't not want anyone or anything to suffer because of my busy schedule. It's taking the time to make sure that everything is working.

Do you believe that anyone can become an entrepreneur? Do you think that everyone should try?

I don't believe that everyone can be an entrepreneur, it takes a lot of hard work ,dedication and drive to make something out of nothing and build it to a house hold name. If you don't love it and have the commitment it will never succeed an some people don't have the courage to take that step. The willingness to give themselves completely to there dream because it consumes your life. Your married to it, you have to put your all in to it to make it work.

I feel that if you have the passion an your willing to make the sacrifice then take the risk and be an entrepreneur. Make sure as a smart business person to do your do diligence first. Learn your market and save up enough capital because in business there are always unforeseen expenses.

How do you keep yourself motivated when you can’t keep going anymore?

When I'm exhausted and I can't go anymore I think about why I started this company in the first place. For my children. So my kids would have something when I'm gone. So they could be proud of their mother and say she made something from nothing an it was great. So that my kids will lack of nothing. I came from a very humble beginning and want to make sure that my children's lives are better then mine.

What part of your personality helped you the most with your entrepreneurial journey?

I believe that my out going personality has helped me tremendously in my business. It has helped me to gain lasting relationships with my customers and there families and become apart of there lives an share special moments.

What is some advice you can offer our readers and other entrepreneurs that are reading your interview?

My advice to others is to work smarter not harder. Those are words to live by I do.

Make sure that the business you are going into is something that you love, because if you love what you do then it's not work. The most important thing to keep in mind is that it's not easy, you will fail several times before you succeed but keep pushing and perfecting. Persistence is key!
