 What do you do?

I am a brand publicist who help brands with full service services like branding, marketing, public relations and events. 

What is your background? How did it help you? 

I have worked in the fashion industry over 15 years in different aspects; retail manager, buyer, stylist and boutique owner. Having experience in many different areas of business as certainly helped me in the current positions I am in. I am now able to aid other business owners because of my career history and personal experiences.

Would you want to continue to grow your current business or would you want to launch other businesses in the future? 

Both. I would like to grow RCW Media Group over the next three year. I also see a few opportunities to launch other businesses as passion projects in the near future. Stay tuned! 

 What advice would you give your younger self? 

The two biggest things I would tell my younger self are

1: Stay in touch with people more frequently. Networking is so important and it's very important to stay connected to your contacts.

2: Do not invest your own money in your business. There are great resources out their for entrepreneurs, so keep your cash and start saving early. 

Should people fear failure? Is it an inevitable part of success? 

It's natural to fear failure. However, it is inevitable with success, so welcome it. Learn from it and move on! You will make it through & be a better person because of it, I promise!

What part of your personality helped you the most in your entrepreneurial journey? 

I am an Aries, so I definitely feel like my RAM, (stubborn, hard working & business savvy personality) helped me on my journey!
