Success for me means consistently working towards clearly defined objectives, which not only keeps me focused but also helps me measure progress in a tangible way. By breaking down larger goals into smaller, actionable steps, I create a roadmap that guides my daily activities and decisions.

The world of jewelry design is inherently artistic, and allowing myself to have fun in this creative journey is crucial. Do you have hobbies? What are they?

I try to dedicate time from my busy day everyday for my family and friends, even if it means a phone call. My favorite hobby is yoga which I do everyday. It helps me set my intentions for the day ahead. Two of my other favorite hobbies are hiking and reading books. I do sound boring, don’t I? Hahah! I love socializing too, especially after a long work day. 

Is there a rookie mistake that new entrepreneurs keep on making?

One of the most common rookie mistakes I see among new entrepreneurs, and one I’ve definitely encountered myself, is the tendency to overthink or excessively tinker with a product or service before launching it. This can stem from a desire for perfection, but in the process, it often leads to missed opportunities and delays that can stifle creativity and momentum. I’ve found that the urge to tweak every detail can prevent you from seeing the bigger picture and understanding what truly resonates with your audience. In my own experience, I’ve had to learn the hard way that while refining and enhancing a design is important, there comes a point when you must trust your instincts and let your creation enter the world. By being more aware of this tendency, I now strive to strike a balance between thoughtful refinement and timely action, recognizing that feedback from the market is invaluable for growth. Launching a product is just the beginning; it allows for real-world insights that can guide future iterations and improvements.
