Isis-Rae Goulbourne is an entrepreneur and brand champion with nearly 20 years of combined sales, integrated marketing, communications, user experience/user interface, and product development experience.
She considers it her soul purpose to create vehicles of empowerment for others. In 2018, Isis founded Little Black Boutique to give both men and women of all colors the tools they need to connect to their higher self and step fully into their own unique soul purpose. In 2020, she founded DEUIT, a design and empowered-innovation firm where she works with clients to future-proof their companies. She uses design thinking and creativity tools to help teams tap into new and innovative strategies and expand their ROI. And, in 2022, she made a splash in Fairfield, CT with her company City Events Group, a media platform that aggregates city events on a hyper-local basis with teams in Stamford, Norwalk, and Greenwich, CT.
Holding roles in both the public and private sectors, Isis is currently the Head of Events and Community at the Stamford Partnership, a non-profit, where her focus is on the development of Stamford’s economy and community by aiding the advancement of entrepreneurs, innovators, and the tech community as a whole. She also holds the position of Sr. Director of Marketing Communications and Events at Realist Labs.
Her life’s mission is to give a path to business and individuals to “do the thing” that only they can do. Born and raised in Montreal, Canada, Isis has lived in seven cities across three countries and currently lives with her two boys in Stamford, CT.
