For the past 10 years, Sarabjit has partnered with and implemented multibillion-dollar business systems and technology applications in the fields of healthcare, investment banking, and real estate for Fortune 500 companies. These programs succeed thanks to Sarabjit’s outstanding planning, implementation, monitoring, and follow-up expertise – skills that are invaluable to the company’s data-driven, customer-first approach to commercial real estate investment, asset management, and client care.

In addition to complex project management, Sarabjit is an expert at identifying process improvement opportunities to remain on-scope, on-time, and on-budget according to a project’s objectives. She is also an experienced small business owner, having owned and managed a franchise of 50+ high-quality, casual-serve restaurants, for which she was directly involved in creating an online presence and managing virtual assistance and marketing agencies across the globe to create cost savings for the franchise.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Sarabjit serves as a mentor and coach in the business analyst community. This includes managing a Facebook group and YouTube channel for business analysts, allowing her to give back to the community and provide guidance to those interested in the field.

Sarabjit has a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from Sacramento State University, a Masters Project Management Certificate from George Washington University, and holds a Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute.
