I am Konstanze, I live in New York. I am a native of Austria who loves sweets.
While working and traveling as a professional make-up artist, I found my hectic schedule began to affect my health so I began eating organic foods and practicing yoga. However, I could not give up the food which made me the happiest. I started to experiment creating my own power foods from raw, organic ingredients that were free of gluten, dairy, sugar, and GMOs. Yes, I do come from a family of entrepreneurs. I had my own business for a long time and I just had no other choice than grow into it.

As an entrepreneur is it important to self-motivate and take care of your mind and body as best as you can?
I think for everybody special for hard working people it is very important to take care of your body and mind.
What are some advantages of having partners and people helping you out vs. being a solo entrepreneur?
Since I am a solo entrepreneur I have to make all decisions myself and sometimes it feels overwhelming. With a partner you have to be good in compromises.
What is the most important piece of advice you can give to entrepreneurs out there and people who dream of having their own business one day?
Only start if you love what you do and if you are willing to work hard and long hours.
