How is your business/personal brand different?

My work is based on 5 pillars - sports, nutrition, mental training, motivation and stress relief through meditation - which I combine to form a unique symbiosis.

Why are you so passionate about what you do?

From my own history and extensive professional experience, I know that you can heal your mind and body and create an optimal life. Everything is possible and it´s never too late. You can heal any disease if you know how.

What is your proudest accomplishment so far when it comes to your business? What helped you get there? Was this accomplishment a clear goal or did it happen by chance?

It's no matter of chance! 10 years ago I set out to become one of the most popular health coaches in Germany and it became my biggest goal. I was very passionate about it, willing to work hard, and now I´m very proud to say that I have become a brand name in Germany at a very early age.

Do you believe that there is one specific formula for success? What does it mean to be a successful business owner?

Yes absolutely! First you have to take full responsibility for everything in your life. For the good things and the bad things as well. The second point is discipline. You need it to keep going when you build your career. You also have to be authentic to become successful. I live what I "preach"... 100 percent. Another important point is to pay attention to your business administration. Many self employed people are brilliant at what they are doing but fail at simple things like accounting.

Do you have hobbies? What are they? Is it important to take “time off” and focus on other things such as friends, family, hobbies etc.?

My hobby is my job. Not 100% but more like 80%. In my free time I'm active with sports, read books about mental training, nutrition and stress relief since I love what I´m doing professionally. I also meditate every day and take time out. This is my real "time off". When we can my husband and I go diving, meet friends and enjoy wellness treatments. We also love spending time in nature, discovering other countries and cultures.

Is there one “rookie mistake” that new entrepreneurs keep on making? What is it? Did it happen to you?

A rookie mistake is to believe that the way to success is easy. Sometimes it´s really hard and nothing seems to fall into place. Even if it seems as if you could never reach your goal-- hang in there! My advice: learn from successful people and never give up.

What is one thing you find to be true that most people would disagree with?

One common belief among many is that allopathic medicine—often referred to as conventional or Western medicine—is the primary means to heal diseases. However, my experiences have led me to a different conclusion: true healing comes from activating your "inner healer." This concept challenges the widely accepted notion that medications and medical interventions are the sole path to recovery.

While allopathic medicine is effective for managing symptoms and treating acute conditions, it often overlooks the underlying causes of illness. By relying solely on pharmaceuticals, individuals may find temporary relief without addressing the root issues that contribute to their health problems. This approach can lead to a cycle of dependency on medications, ultimately suppressing symptoms rather than fostering genuine healing.

Activating your inner healer means taking an active role in your own health. It involves adopting a holistic approach that includes not only physical health practices—such as proper nutrition and exercise—but also mental and emotional well-being. This can involve techniques like mindfulness, stress management, and positive thinking, all of which can significantly influence your body's ability to heal. When individuals learn to tap into their innate healing potential, they empower themselves to create lasting change, addressing the causes of their conditions rather than merely masking the symptoms.
